New Collaborative Research Report: “Learning From Young People In Port Harcourt And Bayelsa Nigeria About Their Experiences Of Depression A Discussion Space”
A new collaborative research report between Youths and Environmental Advocacy Centre (YEAC-Nigeria) and University Dons from University of Pretoria, South African, Leicester University, United Kingdom and Dalhousie University, Canada has been published by Leicester Institute for Advanced Studies, The University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
The Youths and Environmental Advocacy Centre (YEAC-Nigeria) in March 2023 facilitated and conveyed a collaborative research discussion/learning session with selected young people between the ages of 18 and 25 simultaneously in Rivers and Bayelsa States with University Dons from University of Pretoria, South African (Prof. Linda Theron), Leicester University, United Kingdom (Dr. Zainab Mai-Bornu and Dr. Diane Levine) and Dalhousie University, Canada (Dr. Michael Ungar). The discussion was aimed at “Learning from young people in Port Harcourt and Bayelsa Nigeria about their experiences of depression A discussion space” and facilitated collectively through zoom by the Executive Director of Youths and Environmental Advocacy Centre (YEAC-Nigeria), Fyneface Dumnamene Fyneface and YEAC-Nigeria’s Bayelsa State office’s Manager, Philip Godfrey.
