Youths and Environmental Advocacy Centre (YEAC) wishes to update its members, volunteers, local and international development partners as well as members of the public who are interested and have being following up with the case between YEAC and Fyneface Dumnamene vs Mao Nangi in suit number PHC/CS/1057/2021 on alleged theft and plagiarism allegation on “Presidential Artisanal Crude Oil Refining Development Initiative (PACORDI) on the matter.

It would be recalled that the case was on March 2 adjoined to March 25, 2022 for ruling on claims by the defendant that the court lacks jurisdiction over the matter. The lead counsel to Advocacy Centre and Fyneface Dumnamene, Chioma Choko, Esq. who was present in court today reports that while parties were present, the court did not sit today. As such, a new adjoined date could not be taken immediately. Thus, while thanking all our members, local and international development partners for their continued support, we assure of keeping you updated by letting you all know of the next adjoined date as soon as we are given by the court through our counsel.
