The Youths and Environmental Advocacy Centre (YEAC-Nigeria) has published a new report titled “THE PACORDI DOCTRINE AND OTHER OIL THEFT MITIGATION MECHANISMS FOR NIGERIA”. The report which was unveiled at the 7th National Council on Hydrocarbons (NCH) in Minna, Niger State on the sideline of the invitation of the Executive Director, Fyneface Dumnamene Fyneface to speak on the organization’s proposals on oil theft mitigation mechanisms contained some details of the “Presidential Artisanal Crude Oil Development Initiative (PACORDI)” also contained details of the Modular Refinery advocacy with artisanal refiners for environmental management, a new idea development on organized crime in Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea called “Network Against Organized Crime in Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea (NAOCINAG), Solar Mini off-Grid Electricity Facility, intense advocacy and sustainability issues around the new pipeline surveillance contract to Tantita SSL among others.
